Role: Director of Marketing & Creative Strategy
As Director of Marketing & Creative Strategy at Hundred, I played a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity, voice, and market presence from the ground up. I established brand strategy, visual identity, and messaging across social, web, and marketing collateral, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
I spearheaded Project 100, a groundbreaking campaign, leading to 27K+ submissions and driving thousands of waitlist sign-ups, positioning Hundred as a category disruptor before launch. I also co-led GTM strategy, identifying opportunities to build credibility and anticipation within key audiences.
A core element of this strategy included the creation of custom bespoke boxes, personally concepting the box and booklet design, which were sent to 1,000+ high-profile individuals, celebrities, and influencers to drive early brand engagement. Beyond strategy and branding, I creative-directed a full-scale video shoot alongside the Founder and CMO, overseeing production to develop a custom brand video that captured the ethos of Hundred.
I also pioneered IRL marketing activations that connected online campaigns to real-world experiences, increasing brand engagement across social and driving organic buzz. From creative direction to execution, my work at Hundred has been centered on making a bold impact, building a disruptive brand from scratch and driving massive demand before launch.
